What information do you need for a quote?
Usually we need 3D & 2D drawings (STEP, STP, IGS, or PDF), quantity, material, surface finish, and any special requirements (tolerance, hardness, etc.).
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, STP, IGS, X_T, DWG, DXF, PDF are all acceptable.
What’s your typical lead time?
Prototype parts: 3-7 days.
Small batches: 7-15 days.
For large or complex projects, lead time depends on the complexity and quantity of the parts. We will specify the lead time in our quote.
Can you handle tight tolerances?
Yes, we can achieve a machining accuracy of ±0.005mm, depending on the material and
geometry。
What materials can you process?
We can process most metal and plastic materials. Here are some common materials:
Metals: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Titanium, Tool Steel, etc.
Plastics: ABS, POM, PP, PTFE, PC, Nylon, PEEK, Acrylic, etc.
What surface finishes are available?
Anodizing, Sandblasting, Polishing, Electroplating, Powder Coating, Painting, Brushing, Passivation, QPQ, etc.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, we offer sample approval before mass production to ensure quality.
How do you ensure quality control?
Incoming material inspection → In-process inspection → Final inspection (CMM, projector, caliper, etc.).
Can you sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
Yes, we strictly protect all customer drawings and project details under NDA.
What’s your payment term?
Usually 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. For long-term clients, flexible terms are available.
